I am headed up to my friend Scott’s cabin for the weekend. It should be a drunken good time playing with guns and not showering. Can’t wait. It’s about 3 hours away and is remote enough to not worry about bringing my cellphone. 

Being disconnected from the outside world for a couple of days is just what the doctor ordered. It’s gonna be cold and I brought the appropriate crap to make sure I’m not miserable while I’m there. I’m meeting the rest of TMF Opposition for the trip up there right away after work. Can. Not. Wait. 

In my mind, I’ve allready checked out. I’m going through the motions at my desk. Good times. 

Speaking of guns, I have been lazily shopping for a hunting rifle. I am looking at a couple of different things. I think I am going to try my hand at deer hunting so I will get something 30-30. I may have posted to my blog allready that I have been considering it, and that I keep seeing AR15 sales out there. Aren’t those for killing people though? What I am looking for is something WAY simpler and more civilian.

I don’t really know that much about guns, but I am learning. It seems that I am a good old fashion American after all. Lol.
